Bent Nail Home Inspection Services, Q36 Pest Control, and Rn86 Solutions (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our companies”) value the privacy of our customers, website visitors, and business partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have. It applies to the websites and services operated by the following companies, which share common ownership and operate under this single unified policy:

Q36 Pest Control, LLC (q36pest.com)
Rn86 Solutions, LLC (rn86solutions.com)
Not Gonna Work Today, LLC, an internal shared services and staffing entity supporting the above companies; this entity has no public website and does not independently collect information from customers

All four companies are based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and share a common service area, a common customer relationship management system, and a common commitment to protecting the information entrusted to us. Three of the four companies operate customer-facing websites; Not Gonna Work Today, LLC supports staffing and operations behind the scenes and is included here for transparency about company structure.

Rn86 Solutions, LLC also develops and licenses RadonLogix, a separate software platform for radon industry businesses. Because RadonLogix involves a different relationship between us, our business clients, and their end users, it is governed by its own standalone RadonLogix Privacy Policy rather than this document.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly, such as your name, mailing or property address, email address, and phone number, when you request a quote, schedule a service, fill out a contact form, or otherwise communicate with us
Service and property details necessary to perform the inspection, radon testing, mitigation, or pest control services you request
Information collected automatically when you visit our websites, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies
Information collected through analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and ad tracking pixels, used to understand site traffic and improve our marketing

We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment data directly through our websites. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment card information on our own systems.

Third-Party Platforms We Use

To deliver and manage our services, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party platforms. These platforms may independently collect, store, or process customer information as part of providing their services to us, subject to their own privacy and security practices:

Spectora, used by Bent Nail Home Inspection Services for inspection scheduling, report generation, and report delivery
GorillaDesk, used by Rn86 Solutions for radon testing and mitigation scheduling and job management
FieldRoutes, used by Q36 Pest Control for pest control scheduling and service management
EchoDesk, our shared customer relationship management (CRM) platform across Bent Nail, Q36, and Rn86, used to manage customer communications, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and marketing emails and text messages
Zapier, an automation tool we use behind the scenes to connect Spectora, GorillaDesk, FieldRoutes, and EchoDesk so that customer and service information flows accurately between these systems without manual re-entry

EchoDesk is a white-labeled implementation of the GoHighLevel platform. We use it to keep customer and prospect information organized across our companies and to send the appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional communications described in this Policy. Information you provide to any of our companies may be stored within this shared system so that our team can serve you efficiently, but it is not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Zapier operates only as a behind-the-scenes connector between the platforms listed above. It does not have a customer-facing interface, and we use it solely to keep your information consistent and up to date across our internal systems.

Why We Collect Information

To schedule and perform the inspection, testing, mitigation, or pest control services you request
To deliver inspection and service reports, invoices, and related documents
To communicate with you about appointments, service updates, and customer support
To send promotional or marketing communications, where permitted and when you have not opted out
To improve our websites, services, and customer experience
To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations applicable to home inspection, radon, and pest control services

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists, names, or contact information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

With the third-party platforms identified above, solely to provide the scheduling, reporting, and communication services you have requested
With payment processors, solely to process payment for services rendered
As required by law, regulation, court order, or licensing authority
With outside auditors or professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality obligations
As necessary to enforce our agreements or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our companies, our customers, or others
In aggregate or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels, to understand how visitors use our sites and to support our marketing efforts. Bent Nail and Q36 also use Google Ads remarketing, which places a cookie on your browser so that you may see our ads on other websites after visiting our site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain website features, but it will not prevent you from contacting us or requesting service.

Marketing Communications and Opt-Out

If you receive marketing or promotional emails or text messages from us through EchoDesk, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message, or by replying STOP to text messages. You may also request removal at any time by emailing info@bentnailtn.com. Service-related communications, such as appointment confirmations or reports tied to a service you have requested, are not considered marketing and may continue even after a marketing opt-out, unless you ask us to stop and there is no active service relationship.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect our ability to deliver reports, invoices, or other communications tied to a service you have already requested.

No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Real Estate Agents and Referral Partners

Real estate agents are a primary referral source for our companies. We collect and retain business contact information for agents and other referral partners, such as name, brokerage, email address, and phone number, in order to maintain our working relationship with you. This information is stored in EchoDesk and may be used for automated, interval-based outreach, such as periodic check-ins timed to a client’s inspection date, so that we can stay in touch with the agents we work with. You may opt out of these communications at any time using the methods described above.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. To make a request, contact us at info@bentnailtn.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Our use of Google Ads remarketing may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may opt out of this sharing by adjusting ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com, using a browser-based opt-out or Global Privacy Control signal where supported, or by emailing info@bentnailtn.com to request that we exclude you from remarketing audiences. California residents may exercise any of their CCPA/CPRA rights by contacting info@bentnailtn.com.

International Users

Our companies operate in the United States, and any information you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our websites or services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your home country.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect, both online and offline. Sensitive information transmitted through our websites is encrypted in transit. Access to personal information within our internal systems, including EchoDesk, is limited to team members who need it to perform their job duties. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to Other Websites

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites, including the platforms identified above. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of our websites or services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
